L – Glutamine
Direction for Use:
Powder: As a dietary supplement take 1 teaspoon (5 g) powder in 150 ml of water or any juice 1-2 times daily. Take L- glutamine before and after workout, preferably.
Capsule: Take 1-3 capsules two hours to 30 min before, and 1-2 capsules 30 – 60 min after workout.
Glutamine may cause allergy reaction in some people. Test this supplement for allergic response before using constantly.
Do not dissolve Glutamine in hot water.
