Direction for Use: 

Mix 1 scoop (31 g) powder with 400 ml of water and drink it cool before, during and after exercise.

  •  Before Exercise:

Drink one to three glass(es) (240-720 ml) of prepared beverage, 2 to 1 hour before exercise. or

Drink ‚ ½ to one glass (120 – 240 ml) of prepared beverage, immediately before beginning of exercise.

  •  During Exercise:

Drink‚ ½ to one glass (120 – 240 ml) of prepared beverage from 30 min of beginning, every 10 – 15 min.

  •  After Exercise:

Drink at least one to two glass(es) (240 – 480 ml) of prepared beverage, after exercise (drink at least 240 ml/kg body weight lost, preferably).
