Suggested direction for use:

  • Loading phase: take one scoop 4-5 times daily for 5-7 days: fasting, 2 hours before workout, half an hour after workout and before sleeping each time one 5-gram scoop (tea spoon) of Super Creatine.
  • Maintenance Phase: For the next 21 days, take one scoop daily.

These periods are repeated 3 times and then stops for one month. To achieve the most absorption, it is recommended to use Creatine with a carbohydrate drink or a sweet fruit juice.
