Suggested direction for use:
Add 2 scoops (52 grams) of Pure Protein powder to 500 ml of water or milk and mix thoroughly then serve it cold. The athletes can add each scoop to one glass of water or milk taking one scoop up to 3 hours before, workout session and another one up to 30 minutes after that. For body builders, it is recommended to use it in the last month and for strength/agility trainers, from the last 2 weeks of fitness course, up to 2 week before the competition. Consider that not to use this supplement 3 hours before training session or competition.
DO not dissolve pure protein in hot water.
